Молоді Європейці України - Young Europeans of Ukraine This is the official page of the Ukrainian contact point of the Young European Federalists (JEF).

The Young European Federalists is a supranational, political movement active in most European countries. It is an autonomous youth organisation which has no party political affiliations or commitments. It participates in the exchange of opinions and experiences with other political movements, but will not identify with any of them. JEF is not interested in the direct management of political power: it concentrates its action on the achievement of international democracy through the establishment of federal systems in Europe and in the world. The aims of JEF are to work for the creation of a European Federation, first step towards peace and World Federation, and for a freer, more just and more democratic federal society.

Are you a young leader passionate about diplomacy, security, and regional cooperation?

Join us for the international youth Visegrad Conflict Resolution Conference in the historic and beautiful city of Lviv!

This conference will bring together 24 young minds from the Visegrad and Eastern Partnership regions to discuss critical challenges in diplomacy, safety, and regional collaboration.

❤️‍🔥🇺🇦Bringing Erasmus+ knowledge to the local community in Lviv!

As a follow-up activity of the Erasmus+ Training Course «Empowering Youth Workers to Prevent and Counter Populism (EYPAC)», JEF Ukraine participants organised a workshop in Lviv to share the knowledge, experience and tools gained during the mobility in Bakuriani, Georgia 🇬🇪

🤝🏻 During the workshop, young people explored the topic of populism, discussed how populist narratives appear and influence society, and learned how to approach information critically. Through interactive non-formal education activities, participants strengthened their critical thinking skills and discovered new ways to identify and analyse different narratives

☂️ Erasmus+ training course on the topic of Populism 🇪🇺!

👉🏻 From 3-10 November 2025, a mobility of youth workers was held in 🇬🇪 Bakuriani, Georgia

💁🏻‍♂️ During the project, participants developed their competencies in critical thinking, understanding populism and its roots in politics, explored different forms of populism in various political ideologies, and also how track and identify them.

😎 Besides the sessions, participants developed the videos on the following topics and curricula with a set of non-formal educational activities aiming to promote the topic of the project among young people:

🇪🇺🇬🇪 As a follow-up activity of the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “EU&U”, JEF Ukraine participants organised an informational session for local young people to share their experience, knowledge and insights gained during the project in Bakuriani, Georgia

💭 During the meeting, participants presented the main topics of the exchange – EU awareness, European values, critical thinking and addressing EU-sceptic narratives – and also shared their personal Erasmus+ experience, including what they learned, how international youth exchanges work and how such opportunities help young people develop new skills and connect with people from different countries

💡Through this activity, young people had the opportunity to discover more about Erasmus+ opportunities, discuss the role of youth in European society and get inspired to participate in future international projects

Throughout our «Democracy under pressure» campaign, we've explored these difficult questions from legal, economic and moral perspectives. Your voice matters, and the majority has spoken: safety and security must come first.

Day 6 of 📣

As part of the campaign, we held an event called Democracy Lab on March 23. This session was all about how democracy actually works and why it matters in our daily lives.
We started with an informal chat about the basics, looked at where democratic values come from and how they help make our communities better places to live💚

Instead of using complicated terms, we kept the conversation simple and focused on how these ideas affect our real-world quality of life.
In the second half, we got practical, looked at real-life examples and practiced how to talk to each other, find compromises, and stand up for our interests🙌🏼

Our goal was to learn how to use democratic "tools" to get things done, even when situations are difficult. We ended the day by sharing our thoughts on how we can all be more active and effective in our own community🇺🇦
