Громадська організація «TAPS Україна» є членом міжнародної організації "TAPS", заснованої в США. Бонні Керролл створила об'єднання "TAPS" у 1994 році після того, як її чоловік, генерал Том Керролл загинув у авіакатастрофі на Алясці. Метою організації стало піклування та емоційна підтримка родин тих, хто загинув під час проходження військової служби, починаючи з 1994 року. Наразі це об'єднання нараховує більше 70 000 членів родин загиблих військових США, а також унікальне співтовариство людей, які втратили близьких на війні та волонтерських організацій у 23 країнах світу. Україна стає 24-м учасником міжнародної команди "TAPS", а саме тих, хто заплатив найвищу ціну у боротьбі за свободу. Місто Дніпро є головним офісом «TAPS Україна» і відправною точкою у створенні та розвитку цієї організації на всій території нашої країни. Це неприбуткова громадська організація родин загиблих героїв, волонтерів та спонсорів, яким небайдужа місія попередження тероризму та війн. Організація «TAPS Україна» об'єднує зусилля тих, хто віддає шану, несе пам'ять про загиблих героїв України та виховує майбутнє покоління заради миру.

Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors in Ukraine ("TAPS Ukraine") is a part of international organization based in the United States. Bonnie Carroll founded TAPS in 1994 after losing her husband Brig. Gen. Tom Carroll in a plane crash in Alaska. The aim of this organization is to take care and provide emotional support to the families of those who died while serving in the Armed Forces since 1994. That is more than 70,000 U. S. military survivors as well as a unique alliance of grieving families and organizations which support them in 23 countries of the world. Ukraine is engaged as the 24th member of TAPS International team of those who have paid the ultimate price in the figаht for freedom. Dnipro City becomes the head office and a starting point in creating and developing "TAPS Ukraine" throughout the country. This is non-profit public organization consisting of families of fallen heroes, volunteers and other sponsors who are willing to contribute to the mission of preventing terrorism and wars. "TAPS Ukraine" accumulates efforts of those who are focused on honoring the fallen heroes' lives and service and raising future generation in peace.
