NGO ITTA NGO ITTA is a non-governmental non-profit organization based in Chernivtsi, Ukraine established by and for young people.

We aim to support personal and professional development of young people and help them to unlock their potential through non-formal learning. Our programmes and projects provide opportunities to increasing knowledge, skills and a wider experience of other cultures. We promote a culture based on common values, such as the respect for human dignity, solidarity, justice and the common good. We follow

the principals of tolerance, diversity and inclusion in our work. NGO ITTA works with young people from different background, cultures and religious. Among the topics covered by our organization are:
• Promoting youth initiatives
• Combating youth unemployment and developing personal and professional skills of youth
• Encouraging entrepreneurship
• Intercultural cooperation
• Cultural development
• Environmental awareness
• Urban development
