Recently, the OSEREDOK Charitable Foundation and Renegade Relief Runners received an ambulance from Aequitas Aid and Convoy4Ukraine, which was handed over to the 26th Brigade.

The ambulance will be used to evacuate civilians and transport wounded individuals from the city of Kramatorsk, where the need for rapid and reliable transportation remains critical.

We are grateful to our partners for their support and commitment to helping the people of Ukraine. Together, we continue to provide lifesaving assistance to those affected by the war.

Today, we celebrate Kyiv Day — honoring the capital of Ukraine, a city with more than 1,500 years of history.

Kyiv has endured wars, occupations, and countless challenges throughout its long history. In recent years, it has once again become a symbol of resilience, as its people continue to live, work, and support one another despite the ongoing war.

Beyond its golden-domed churches and historic streets, Kyiv is defined by its people — their courage, determination, and hope for a peaceful future.

On Kyiv Day, we celebrate not only one of Europe’s oldest capitals, but also the strength of a city that refuses to be broken.

Happy Kyiv Day! 💙💛

Today, Ukraine honors Heroes Day — a day dedicated to all those who fought, and continue to fight, for the freedom and independence of Ukraine.

First established in the 20th century to honor Ukrainian independence fighters, this day has taken on even deeper meaning since the beginning of Russia’s war against Ukraine.

It is a day to remember soldiers, volunteers, medics, journalists, and civilians who have shown extraordinary courage in the face of war and oppression.

Heroes are not only those written about in history books. They are the people protecting lives, helping others, rebuilding communities, and refusing to give up.

Today, we honor the strength, sacrifice, and resilience of the Ukrainian people. 🇺🇦

Every third Thursday of May, Ukrainians around the world wear their vyshyvanka — a traditional embroidered shirt that carries generations of culture, identity, and resilience.

Each region of Ukraine has its own unique embroidery style — from bold red-and-black geometric patterns in central Ukraine to colorful floral designs in the west.
But every stitch tells a story.

For centuries, embroidery was believed to protect the wearer, symbolize strength, love, health, and family, and preserve a connection to one’s roots.
Vyshyvankas were handmade for life’s most meaningful moments — weddings, births, holidays, and as treasured gifts passed from one generation to the next.

Today, the vyshyvanka remains more than traditional clothing.
It has become a symbol of unity and endurance — especially during war.

Even far from home, Ukrainian families continue to wear their embroidered shirts with pride, carrying their culture across borders and through difficult times.

Because traditions survive when people keep them alive.

On May 18, Ukraine remembers the victims of the deportation of the Crimean Tatar people — one of the darkest chapters in Crimean history.

In 1944, the Soviet regime forcibly deported more than 190,000 Crimean Tatars from their homeland in just a few days. Families were loaded into cattle trains and sent thousands of kilometers away to Central Asia. Many died from hunger, disease, and inhumane conditions during the journey and exile.

For decades, Crimean Tatars were forbidden from returning home.

Today, this history remains deeply important. Since Russia’s occupation of Crimea in 2014, Crimean Tatars have once again faced persecution, intimidation, arrests, and repression for defending their identity and homeland.

Remembering these events means standing against oppression, forced displacement, and the erasure of entire peoples and cultures.

We honor the memory of the victims and stand with the Crimean Tatar people.

Our team traveled through Poltava and Cherkasy to support families displaced by the destruction in Chasiv Yar.

Behind every aid package is a story of resilience — parents rebuilding their lives far from home, children adapting to uncertainty, and families continuing to move forward despite unimaginable loss.

During this mission, we delivered:
• 90 food kits to help provide essential nutrition for families
• 40 specialized hygiene kits for families raising young children

For many displaced families, stability begins with the basics: food, hygiene, safety, and the knowledge that they have not been forgotten.

Chasiv Yar has become a symbol of pain and devastation, but the people forced to leave it behind carry incredible strength within them. Our mission is to support that strength and remind them that they are not alone.

Thank you to everyone who makes these missions possible. Together, we turn compassion into action.

Today, we honor the strength, love, and resilience of mothers everywhere — especially Ukrainian mothers living through war.

Mothers who protect their children during air raids.
Mothers who rebuild homes and hold families together.
Mothers who continue to give hope, even in the darkest times.

This Mother’s Day, we thank all mothers for their courage, sacrifice, and unconditional love.

Happy Mother’s Day 💙💛

On May 8, Ukraine and the world honor the Day of Remembrance and Victory over Na**sm in World War II.

This day reminds us of the terrible cost of war and the importance of defending freedom, human dignity, and peace. Millions of lives were lost during World War II, and today Ukrainians once again face aggression, destruction, and the fight for the right to live freely.

We remember all victims of war and honor those who stood — and continue to stand — against tyranny.

“Never again” must be more than words.

Today is World Press Freedom Day — a reminder that truth is never free. It is protected every day by courageous journalists who report from war zones, document crimes, and give a voice to those who would otherwise be forgotten.

Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian and international reporters have risked — and many have lost — their lives while covering the truth. We honor their courage and their sacrifice.

In a time of war, propaganda spreads quickly. That is why independent journalism matters more than ever.

How to recognize propaganda:
• It tries to provoke fear or hatred instead of informing.
• It uses emotional slogans instead of facts.
• It avoids sources or evidence.
• It presents only one side of the story.
• It asks you to share immediately instead of think critically.

Before sharing information, pause and ask: Who benefits if I believe this?

Supporting free media means supporting democracy, accountability, and human dignity.

Today, we stand with journalists in Ukraine and around the world who continue to defend the truth.
