ZANELTA Members and Leaders Participated in the 7th TELTA Annual Conference in Morogoro.
Members and leaders proudly participated in the 7th Annual Conference organized by TELTA, held over two inspiring days in Morogoro.
The conference brought together English language teachers from different regions of Tanzania, creating a vibrant platform for professional growth, collaboration, and sharing of innovative teaching practices. Participants engaged in workshops, presentations, and discussions focused on improving English language teaching and learning in our schools.
ZANELTA members actively contributed to the sessions, exchanged experiences, and strengthened networks with fellow educators from across the country and international English language fellows. The event also highlighted the importance of continuous professional development and unity among English language teachers.
We extend our appreciation to the organizers, facilitators, and all participants who made the conference a success. Together, we continue to build stronger classrooms and empower learners for a brighter future.

ZANELTA team recently participated in a training on effective webinar planning and presentation skills, facilitated by Linda Ruas from the British Council.
The session provided valuable insights into designing engaging webinars, organizing content effectively, and delivering impactful online presentations. Through interactive discussions and practical activities, participants strengthened their capacity to plan and facilitate professional virtual learning events.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Linda and the British Council for their continued support in building the skills and capacity of teachers and organisation leaders.

Today, ZANELTA, in collaboration with the Innovation and Language Hub, hosted an inspiring training session on Innovation and Creativity for teachers and students. The session was facilitated by Linda Ruas from the British Council and her colleague.
Participants had the opportunity to collaborate, exchange ideas, and engage in practical activities focused on developing business ideas. Through the knowledge and skills gained during the training, teachers will be able to incorporate innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship concepts into their English lessons, helping students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
It was an enriching and engaging experience, and we are grateful to the facilitators and all participants for making the session a success.
