🌿 Wetlands Management Training & Tree Planting Campaign – Maore Ward 🌿

In February 2021, TiDi conducted a successful Wetlands Management Training and Tree Planting Campaign in Maore Ward, engaging members of the Water Users Associations (WUAs) from Yongoma, Hingilili, and Saseni.

The activity was part of the WASH-Integrated Water Resources Management Project aimed at promoting sustainable use and conservation of wetlands. The training equipped WUAs with knowledge and practical skills in protecting wetland ecosystems, while the tree planting initiative supported environmental restoration and climate resilience in the area.

Together, we continue to protect our water sources and empower local communities for a greener, healthier future! πŸ’§πŸŒ±
