Tumaini Jema Organization has currently launched the volunteers program, whereby we wish to receive volunteers (skilled -professional or/and unskilled) from over the world to come to work with us in teaching and other activities at Mpinzile English Medium Primary School and other schools in Kagera region.

However, we are also seeking volunteers to support in health, environment intervention, advocacy and psyco-social support, Youth development, economic development, agriculture interventions, and teaching the word of God (spiritual development) in Kagera region.

Coming to volunteer in our programs, you will get time for tours in Tanzania- you will see the beautiful animals, seas and mountains etc just to mention few.

1. Fund raising
2. Joint project design
3. Capacity building programs to most needy communities
4. Community engagement
However, Tumaini Jema is still available to partners with others on health intervention, youth development, economic development, agriculture, advocacy and psycho-social support, environment and education sector
