TAWREF is proud to have recently joined a dynamic gathering of Human Resources professionals from across government and non-government sectors! As our nation prepares to launch the new 2026 Employment Policy the first major update since the original 2008 framework. Our team was thrilled to engage with vibrant industry peers to share experiences, tackle modern workforce challenges, and help shape the future of work.During the forum, we actively contributed to discussions and collected actionable recommendations aimed at building a more inclusive, productive, and adaptable policy. We look forward to the 2026 employment policy that will take all ideas shared for broader national vision

Today, we proudly recognize and appreciate the generous contribution made by Ms. Fransisca Mmari towards supporting a TAWREF project through local fundraising initiative.

Her support is more than just a donation it is a strong reminder that sustainable community development begins with local people supporting local solutions. As a daughter of our community, Fransisca has shown that together we can stand for our vulnerable children and create lasting impact.
