๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›As May Comes to a Close, We Reflect on a Truly Special Month for Rotary Club of Moshi ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’™

May holds a special place in our hearts, as it marks the month when the Rotary Club of Moshi was chartered in 1959, beginning a remarkable journey of service, fellowship, and community impact.

This year, on 21st May, Rotarians, Rotaractors, friends, and supporters from across Moshi and the Kilimanjaro region came together to celebrate 67 years of Service Above Self. ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒ

The celebration was filled with shared laughter, meaningful fellowship, cherished memories, and a renewed commitment to serving our communities. We were also honored to recognize Solani & Co. for their continued voluntary auditing services and unwavering support to Rotary Club of Moshi over the years.

As we look back on this milestone, we celebrate not only our achievements but also the friendships, partnerships, and spirit of service that have sustained us for 67 years.

Service Above Self. Fellowship Above Borders. Impact Beyond Generations.

Guests Joining Hands for a Meaningful Cause

During one of our regular Rotary Club of Moshi meetings, we were honored to welcome a group of cardiologists as special guests, with whom we discussed fundraising efforts toward supporting the purchase of a generator for KCMC.

This gathering reflected the power of collaboration, shared purpose, and community partnership in strengthening healthcare services and improving lives.

Together, we continue to turn ideas into action through service and fellowship.

Kila mtu awajibike. Letโ€™s create a long-lasting impact.

Reviving Hope Through Partnership

Rotary Club of Moshi recently met with the committee leading the revival of Siha Secondary School, a school that remained closed for over a decade.

This meaningful visit created space for discussion, collaboration, and shared vision as efforts continue to restore the school and bring new opportunities for future generations.

Together, we believe in rebuilding communities through education, leadership, and service. ๐Ÿ’™

Recognition for Service That Creates Impact

Rotary Club of Moshi was honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from Old Moshi Secondary School in recognition of the donation of Perkins Braille Machines for visually impaired students.

These machines will support students in their learning journey, helping improve literacy, classroom participation, and independence during examinations.

A heartfelt thank you to Mama Kuku, Faye Crane, for her generous support in making this meaningful contribution possible.
Together, we continue to champion inclusive education and equal opportunities for all.
