We had a great opportunity participating in a two-day digital system orientation at the ACC Office, focused on capturing, storing and managing organizational data and information. The orientation, facilitated by Bukuru Tech, was a valuable experience that strengthened our understanding of effective digital data management systems.

Yesterday, we were visited by our North-South Volunteers under the peogram from Kisarawe, Zanzibar and Dodoma.

We had a great time together as they shared their experiences from their working areas and got a chance to learn more about ACC. It was a nice moment of learning and exchange. 🤝

Tarehe 2 Mei, Mkurugenzi wa Shirika la Action for Community Care pamoja na Meneja wa Mradi wa Mtoto Kwanza Magreth Mukama, walishiriki katika hafla ya uzinduzi wa Mpango wa Mkoa wa Kutokomeza Ukatili dhidi ya Wanawake na Watoto (2026/27–2029/30) iliyofanyika katika Ukumbi wa Mkoa, Dodoma.

Mgeni rasmi, Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Dodoma Rosemary Senyegalo alieleza kuwa jitihada hizi zinalenga kujenga mfumo imara wa ulinzi na uwekezaji ili kuhakikisha kila mwanamke na mtoto anakuwa salama na anawezeshwa kujilinda kupitia elimu, uchumi na huduma bora za jamii.

Hafla hii pia ilikuwa fursa muhimu ya kukutana na wadau wa malezi na makuzi ya watoto mkoani Dodoma na kuimarisha ushirikiano kwa maendeleo ya jamii.

During supportive supervision under the ViiV Breakthrough Partnership Project, had the opportunity to visit one of our AGYW beneficiaries in Kongwa District who received a sewing machine to support strengthening her economic.

From learning new skills to generating income, her journey reflects the real impact of empowering adolescent girls and young women. Small support, big change and boosting income for a better future.

Review meetings with Community Health Workers (CHWs) under the Malezi Project at Dodoma, Bahi, Kondoa and Chemba council.

ACC under the Malezi Project conducted Courtesy Calls and supportive supervision visits at health facilities and ward offices to strengthen partnerships and improve coordination.

Household visits were also carried out to engage directly with families and promote better care and well being at the community level.

New model cookstoves distributed in Iringa Mvumi, Mlowa Barabarani and Makangwa wards for testing.
Aim to improve the design that will help to promoting safe and friendly cooking in our communities.

ACC under the VIIV Breakthrough Partnership project conducted a meeting with Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) who were supported with startup kits to discuss the progress of their group and individual businesses. The meeting provided an opportunity to share experiences on business, discuss challenges and plan for future growth.
Empowering AGYW economically continues to build confidence, independence and sustainable livelihoods within the community.
