Dear Major Groups and Stakeholders,



We are pleased to inform you of the Civil Society Engagement Programme Support internship opportunity at the UNEP Civil Society Unit. We are seeking passionate individuals committed to environmental sustainability and eager to contribute to UNEP's work on stakeholder engagement and environmental governance.



We have two internship positions available, each running for a maximum duration of six months and starting in October 2025. The internship offers valuable hands-on experience in supporting the engagement of Major Groups and Stakeholders in UNEP-led processes, including preparations for UNEA-7.



Key Details:

Duration: Minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months
Positions Available: 2
