Happy Friday from The DAR Project! 💛

15 years ago, we started The DAR Project! I can’t believe we’ve come so far! We cover the cost of school tuition for orphans who are living in East Africa. We send tutors to our orphanages throughout the year. We have camps where we bring volunteers to work with our students. During Covid, we set up a virtual tutoring program with our students with teachers from around the world. We also have fundraising events in the U.S., Europe, Africa and beyond. Thank YOU to our donors, supporters and the people who believe in our work. All children should have access to education. Asante sana. 💛

Education is a human right. Thank you to our supporters for believing in our mission and making our work possible over the last 14 years. Because of you, we have sent hundreds of students to school and out into the work force. Asante sana 💛

Congratulations to Joshua, one of our 2025-2026 scholarship winners. We are very excited to send Joshua on a full scholarship to Jordan University in Tanzania this fall; he will be studying sociology. Congratulations Joshua! (Pictured: Joe, one of our team members, Joshua, and his uncle) 💛
