GenEm delivered a keynote address at the inaugural National Youth Development and Innovation Dialogue event organized by Foundation for Youth in Policy and Governance on July 24th 2026.

We contributed by spotlighting innovation awareness and the importance of a growth mindset, and the value of building 21st‑century skills, and innovation literacy.

As a key players in the youth skills and development ecosystem, GenEm has been leading the Youth Mindset movement for the past six years, empowering young people to own their future and unlock their full potential.

On July 24th, 2026, the Foundation for Youth in Policy and Governance hosted its inaugural National Youth Development & Innovation Dialogue. The event brought together young voices from different universities and form six graduates to explore leadership practices, policy implementation and harnessing innovation. With keynote speeches, a book launch, and networking sessions, the dialogue created a vibrant platform for youth engagement.

This event carried special importance for Tanzania’s youth. The discussions reinforced that youth leadership is not only central to shaping Vision 2050 but also vital for building an inclusive and sustainable future.

Strengthening strategic partnerships to shape the future of Tanzania's graduates.

We were honoured to meet with the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Administration, Prof. Razack Lokina at the The University of Dodoma to review the progress of our programme and discuss its future direction within the University.

Our discussions focused on strengthening the partnership, reflecting on the impact of the current cohort, and aligning on a shared vision for delivering an even more transformative student experience in the years ahead

We believe meaningful change is achieved through strong institutional partnerships. Together with The University of Dodoma we remain committed to preparing graduates with the leadership mindset, workplace readiness, and future-focused capabilities needed to thrive in an evolving world of work.
