Education doesn’t stop when a girl gets her period, and a lack of menstrual products or information shouldn’t force it to.
That’s why and ComfyCare12 recently joined forces at Noondoto Secondary School, reaching 95 girls with menstrual health education, mentorship and reusable menstrual kits.
The girls asked questions, shared their experiences and spoke about what would make managing menstruation at school easier for them.
Comfy Care12 works with rural communities to give girls access to safe, reusable menstrual products and the knowledge to manage their periods with confidence.

and ComfyCare12 recently visited 95 girls at Noondoto Secondary School for a day of menstrual health education, mentorship, and the distribution of reusable menstrual kits, donated by valuable supporters in New York State, USA.
One of the best parts of the day was seeing the girls ask honest questions, share their personal experiences, and offer suggestions on how their school can better support them during menstruation.
For young women and girls in a very remote communities of Tanzania, access to menstrual health education and reusable menstrual products can make a real difference. We believe every student deserves the knowledge, support, and dignity to stay in school and pursue their education with confidence.
Nimo Africa is a non profit organisation operating in Tanzania to create a future where education is accessible to all.
Comfy Care12 aims to give young Tanzanian women and girls in rural communities access to safe, reusable sanitary pads and the education to manage their periods with confidence.

Recently, we teamed up with The Small Things to speak to 50 young women and girls about menstrual health education., and to provide them with reusable sanitary pad kits, generously donated by Rotary Club of Arusha Clocktower
It was an open, honest conversation that gave the girls space to ask questions and learn about their bodies with confidence, in an environment built on trust and care.
The Small Things keeps children in homes where they belong, caring lovingly for them when their families can’t, and reunify children with relatives.
Rotary Club of Clock Tower members volunteer their skills and resources to solve issues and address community needs.
The Comfy Care12 mission is to give young Tanzanian women and girls in rural communities access to safe, reusable sanitary pads and the education to manage their periods with confidence.
By working together, we can reach more girls, share knowledge and resources, and make a greater impact than any one organisation could alone.
