Dear supporters of Upendo Face Orphanage
We have some orphans with us who are old enough to go to school. Unfortunately, we lack the financial means to do so. Schools in Tanzania are not financed by the government. We have the mindset, our children have little chance in life without education, so we are still looking for sponsorships to support the children.
We send our children to the Davisschool, a 10 minutes walk from our orphanage home. The primary school lasts 7 years and costs 530 usd per year (including school material, school uniform, breakfast and lunch.
