AIM's primary focus is integrating eastern and western modalities of healthcare for wellness. AIM's secondary focuses are job development and continued education through a “Train the Trainer” program where locals are taught new skills to inte

grate into schools and various sectors of industry. AIM's programs are fun and very unique with a targeted focus on the needs of the community. AIM looks for trained professionals with good hearts and open minds who are willing to share their talent and skills with local Tanzanians. Aside from those trained in the field of medicine and healing, we also welcome volunteers trained in art, music, dance, engineering, math, sciences, education, energy, agriculture, and business operations.

AIM began as Africa Integrative Medicine, rooted in volunteer tourism, wellness, and community. Today, AIM has grown into All Inclusive Moments - bringing together eco-luxe safaris, cultural experiences, and wellness retreats, all anchored by our AIM Lodge in Arusha.
