本院為天主教社會服務事業，其宗旨在弘揚耶穌基督救人濟世之大愛，並配合政府社會福利政策以服務重度、極重度智障者與多重殘障者為主。俾便其獲得最好之人道照顧，並減輕其家庭負擔，分擔社會責任。
