這是一個社區營造的溝通平台 自民國83年文建會推動社區總體營造以來，已近20年之久，臺東縣政府相關局處在協助社區發展上，亦步亦趨地跟隨著政策辦理臺東地區社區營造各項工作，希望共同建設臺東成為一「觀光美地 繁榮家園」。
