瑜伽行者學苑 期待能在現代生活中，真正落實瑜伽修行。所有瑜伽墊上與墊外的練習，都是為了實現真實而準備。每一個平凡生活著的人，都有可能實現真實。
向世界證明這一點，是現代瑜伽行者的使命。

瑜伽行者學苑，Taiwan Yoga Sangha
是由日本京都Shri Mahayogi在台灣的弟子所成立與經營
Mahayogi Mission 1976年成立於京都，1996年成立紐約分部
2013年起，因緣際會下，台灣慢慢地聚集了一群練習者
在這裡，我們共同練習Shri Mahayogi指導的體位法與冥想
不定期舉辦讀書會、電影欣賞、奉愛唱頌等活動
並分享瑜伽聖典與教導、練習心得、瑜伽飲食等等資訊
期待能在現代生活中，真正落實瑜伽修行
所有瑜伽墊上與墊外的練習，都是為了實現真實而準備
這是現代瑜伽行者的使命
