藝術進駐的下一個十年，可以有哪些不同的想像？
臺灣亞洲交流基金會（TAEF）與 #臺灣藝文空間連線（TASA）於 9 月 4 日至 5 在 #宜蘭利澤國際偶戲藝術村，共同舉辦 「2026 台灣藝術進駐聯盟年會暨亞洲藝術專業人才交流計畫」邀集來自日本、菲律賓、越南等地的藝術工作者與專業人士齊聚交流，一起探索藝術進駐的跨域連結與未來可能。
💬 讓主題留白，讓交流創造可能
TASA 理事張雅萍分享，本次活動刻意為主題留下空白，讓多元的工作方法與經驗在交流與碰撞中，開啟新的可能。
理事長吳淑倫也感謝合作夥伴一路以來的支持，期待持續串聯國內外藝術工作者，深化彼此對不同藝術空間與進駐實踐的理解。
🌏 從新南向到「新南向＋」，讓藝術持續連結亞洲
臺灣亞洲交流基金會董事長蕭新煌博士在開幕致詞中表示，基金會與 TASA 已連續多年攜手合作。
從前總統蔡英文推動「新南向政策」，到賴清德總統提出「新南向政策＋」，藝文交流始終是臺灣深化區域連結的重要一環。
我們透過藝術，讓不同社群、文化與經驗彼此相遇，並在交流中建立更長久、更具韌性的夥伴關係。
🌱 下一個十年，從「藝術進駐」走向「可能性的生態系」
面向下一個十年，利澤國際偶戲藝術村將從 時間、知識、社群、星球與科技 五種彼此交織的「生態」重新思考藝術進駐。
下一個十年，我們也期待與更多來自臺灣及亞洲的藝術家、社群、機構與夥伴同行，讓藝術成為連結彼此、打開想像的力量。✨

+ | Connecting Through the Arts 🎨🌏
What possibilities might the next decade of artist residencies bring?
From September 4–5, the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF) and the Taiwan Art Space Alliance (TASA) jointly hosted the 2026 Taiwan Art Residency Alliance Annual Meeting and Asian Arts Professionals Exchange Program at the Lize Puppet Art Colony in Yilan.
Bringing together artists and arts professionals from Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, and beyond, the program created a space for exchange, dialogue, and collective exploration of cross-disciplinary connections and future possibilities for artist residencies.
💬 Leaving Space Open, Creating Possibilities Through Exchange
TASA Board Member Chang Ya-Ping shared that the theme was intentionally left open-ended, allowing diverse approaches and experiences to meet, interact, and spark new possibilities.
TASA Chairperson Wu Shu-Lun also expressed her appreciation to the partners who have supported the initiative over the years.
She looks forward to continuing to connect arts professionals in Taiwan and abroad while deepening mutual understanding of different art spaces and residency practices.
🌏 From the New Southbound Policy to “NSP+”: Connecting Asia Through the Arts
In his opening remarks, Dr. Hsin-Huang Michael Hsiao, Chairman of TAEF, highlighted the longstanding collaboration between TAEF and TASA
From former President Tsai Ing-wen’s New Southbound Policy to President Lai Ching-te’s New Southbound Policy Plus (NSP+), arts and cultural exchange has remained an important part of Taiwan’s efforts to deepen regional connections.
Through the arts, we bring different communities, cultures, and experiences together—building partnerships that are more enduring and resilient through meaningful exchange.
🌱 The Next Decade: From Artist Residencies to an “Ecosystem of Possibilities”
Looking toward the next decade, the Lize Puppet Art Colony is reimagining artist residencies through five interconnected “ecologies”: Time, Knowledge, Community, Planet, and Technology.
As we look ahead, we hope to continue this journey alongside more artists, communities, institutions, and partners from Taiwan and across Asia—allowing the arts to connect us, inspire new possibilities, and open up new ways of imagining the future. ✨
