新北市鶯歌區青少年關懷協會堅持最終的服務理念及理想不斷地往前邁進及奮鬥，並以青少年兒童福利為

本會之任務如下：
一、鼓勵青少年參與社會慈善活動事項。
二、與國中、小學機關學校及社會團體聯合辦理青少年預防犯罪宣導或教育訓練；以及舉凡有益青少年之相關活動。
三、不定期舉辦青少年有益身心之各項競賽活動。關懷青少年之正當休閒；不吸毒、不飆車等正當風氣之推展事務。
四、關懷弱勢族群及中輟生、以社會力量幫助中輟生，並協助搭起學校與家庭間溝通的橋樑。
五、聯絡會員間情誼，舉辦有益社會和諧、健康之活動及餐敘。
