二、 團體會員：凡設籍或工作於新北市機構或團體，贊同本會宗旨，年滿20歲，有行為能力，經理事會通過，並繳納會費後，為團體會員。團體會員推派代表1人，以行使權利。
三、 贊助會員：個人或機關、機構、學校及團體，贊同本會宗旨，並對本會有所贊助者，得經理事會通過為贊助會員。
四、 顧問會員：個人贊同本會宗旨，並對本會有所贊助者，得經理事會通過邀約為顧問會員者。前項會員名冊應報主管機關備查。
