為提升國內防癌教育水準，故針對全國各醫學院與醫療院所之相關專業人員給予適當之防癌教育訓練課程，推廣最新之癌症預防與治療之新知。此外，亦特別針對全國醫學院之清寒學生給予每月定額教育補助，期使防癌教育之推廣深入年輕學子，並培育未來癌症相關領域之可能人才。
