✨ Cindy serves as Executive Vice President of International Affairs at The OG Group, Executive Chair of International Relations & Public Affairs at the American Chamber of Commerce in Kaohsiung, and represents BPW International at the United Nations, where she champions women’s leadership, international cooperation, and gender equality.
🌏 Passionate about cultural diplomacy, Cindy also founded the award-winning Pleasure Island Taiwan–U.S. diplomacy band, using music to strengthen international relationships. She believes meaningful connections and global collaboration are the key to creating lasting impact.

Toi Windham is an educator, community leader, and Chairwoman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan. Passionate about building bridges across business, culture, and community, she creates spaces where people can connect, collaborate, and grow.
✨ Through Elevate LLC and her work with the Canadian Chamber, Toi has led impactful initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and meaningful community engagement. She organized Taiwan’s Black Lives Matter Rally, co-founded and continues to lead Afrofest Taiwan, and launched the Community Convos series to encourage open dialogue on race, gender, Indigenous rights, and mental and physical health.
🌏 As this year’s EmpowerHer Moderator, Toi will guide inspiring conversations on authentic networking, leadership, and the power of meaningful connections to create lasting impact.
