一、 服務項目
1.機構服務：提供慢性病患者、二管養護者（鼻胃管、尿管）、中風者、行動不便、須24小時看護者，全天候之照顧。
2.日間照顧：提供日常生活功能需他人協助之失能者，白天（星期一至星期五上午8：00~17：00）至日照中心接受照顧。
3.居家服務：經苗栗縣長期照護管理中心評估通過之居家失能者，由本中心媒合居家服務員至案家提供服務。
