本會以全國行政區域為組織區域。本章程經本會99年2月28日第一屆第一次會員大會通過。 報經內政部98年10月28日台內社字第0980199293號函准予備查。 本會之主管機關為內政部，目的事業主管機關為行政院文化建設委員會，其目的事業應受各該事業主管機關之指導與監督。
