長年致力促進地方社福，文藝，產業發展，環境生態保育等事項 民國93年，一群來自屏東科技大學農企及產業等相關專家學者，結合高樹鄉內具理念的熱心人士，以及各界實務工作者，成立「社團法人屏東縣綠元氣產業交流促進會」，至今持續協助高樹鄉社區、農產、觀光等多元發展及傳統文化普查保存，並承接政府委案促進社會公益。
