提供三失長輩免費到宅服務。
(一) 針對罹患老人失智症、生活無法自理或無依無靠（獨居）的長輩們，提供關懷訪視、陪同就醫、家務服務、代購物品、陪同散步、運動、協物沐浴、原床泡澡、修剪指甲等服務。
(二) 三失長者，經社工評估有需要在宅服務者，均提供服務。
