Through his commitment and service, he has shown genuine passion for advancing the mission of strengthening partnerships between Taiwan and the Philippines.
This milestone comes after he recently completed his 3-year term as a Visiting Professor at the University of the Philippines System. He now continues to contribute to academic and policy development as a Senior Fellow at the UP Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) and the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG).
As he takes on this important role, we look forward to the leadership, vision, and inspiration he will bring to the Edu-Connect community, further fostering collaboration, expanding educational opportunities, and building meaningful connections between the two nations.
