謝聰敏（1934-2019），台大法律、政大政研所，〈台灣人民自救宣言〉起草者，因白色恐怖二度入獄，分別獲罪10年及15年，後滯美，終於1988年回國，前立法委員，為政治受難者平反，一生奉獻給民主和自由
