Junior Chamber International (JCI) Tobago is the ideal non-governmental organisation for young people to create positive IMPACT in Tobago. We provide our members with tools to tap into their potential and develop them into young enterprising leaders, equipped to succeed in their communities and our changing world. Meet Leisha Mc Farlane-Andrews, our 2026 Board Advisor.

Meet Kersha Thomas, our 2026 Immediate Past President.
Kersha continues to provide guidance, support and institutional knowledge to the board. In addition to serving as Immediate Past President, she also supports JCI Tobago as General Legal Counsel and contributes to the wider JCI movement through her role on the JCI West Indies Board as an Executive Assistant -Strategic Plan Development.

Devon leads with a passion for service, people and purpose. As President, he provides overall leadership and direction for JCI Tobago, working alongside the board to strengthen the chapter, create opportunities for members and position JCI Tobago as a platform for leadership development and community impact.

Join us in wishing President Devon Dillon all the very best as he has officially arrived in Antigua 🇦🇬 to participate in the 2026 American Leadership Academy taking place May 9–12.

President Devon will continue his leadership journey as he presents the JCI Tobago Mid-Year Report during the JCI West Indies Mid-Year Meeting. He will also be part of the historic 2026 JCI Conference of the Americas being hosted in Antigua & Barbuda, West Indies — a proud and memorable milestone for JCI West Indies.
