We don’t just talk about change, we make it happen. Today, the streets of Sangre Grande were alive with more than just the holiday spirit. Through our Feed Forward Initiative, we served meals that nourish more than stomachs. They restored dignity, built connections, and reminded people they’re not forgotten.

𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗨𝗽 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲’s Lift Off Community Initiative is here to support residents of Sangre Grande and surrounding areas. We still have 20 spaces left out of 150 hampers for our November distribution. Each hamper is packed with essential food items and toiletries to help you and your family.

If you missed out on November’s hampers, don’t worry, applications are now open for our December 22nd hamper drive, where 1,500 hampers will be distributed just in time for the holidays. Secure your spot for December by filling out the application below.
