Imagine hunting and eating your OWN NATIONAL BIRD ...

What do you call someone who chooses to turn a blind eye to a FELLOW trini who is hunting and eating their OWN PROTECTED NATIONAL BIRD by the hundreds per year but BLAME an animal that cannot even get to those birds?

Every day I get messages and calls, at least 3 times a day asking if we could take this kitten or that cat with babies, or dogs. Unfortunately we cannot take in any more of anything. With 205 cats and 30 dogs and only 2 of us taking care of them all and only me looking after the sick ones and giving them medications…..it is becoming impossible. In fact, our vet says IT IS impossible, one person cannot do it!
So please spread the word that we are not accepting any animals. It is jeopardizing the health of the ones that are here and even my health!
I’m being spread too thin to handle it all and keep everyone not just surviving but also thriving.

Like, how much is too much? When we reach 500 and I drop down?
