An engaging session with meaningful insights on moving beyond compliance in ESG.

Thank you to BLEWCOAST for bringing this important conversation to the forefront.

11/06/2026

Yesterday, 10 June 2026, the ESG Committee of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, in collaboration with BLEWCOAST, hosted "Beyond Compliance: The Value of Data-Driven ESG Management in the Caribbean" - a timely discussion on the evolving role of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in business success.

Addressing participants, TT Chamber CEO Vashti Guyadeen highlighted that:
"ESG is no longer simply about reporting. It is about understanding and managing the factors that drive long-term business value. Organisations that can measure and manage these factors effectively will be better positioned to attract investment, build resilience, and remain competitive in an increasingly demanding global environment."

The session reinforced the importance of moving beyond compliance and embracing ESG as a strategic business imperative for sustainable growth and competitiveness.
