“Restore a Sense of I Can” (RSC) International Ltd. is a non-profit organization focused on social development through education and technology. Raj Ramdass, RSC International Ltd. constantly strives to achieve their motto: “Effecting change through technology and education”. A subdivision of RSC International, known simply as “Restore a Sense of I Can” (RSC), evolved from the Corporate and Social

Responsibility program. As RSC is an education based company, the main projects involve students at the primary, secondary and tertiary school level. A component of RSC involves the promotion of IT-related activities amongst primary schools, secondary schools and tertiary institutes in the Caribbean through partnerships with existing clubs or formation of clubs in each institution. These clubs are known as RSC Tech Clubs. To this day, RSC has formed clubs in Trinidad, St Lucia, Belize and Costa Rica. RSC’s short term plan is to have clubs in at least fifteen other Caribbean islands by the end of 2017 whilst simultaneously expanding the clubs in the Latin American region through Costa Rica. Students benefit in a number of ways inclusive of practicing social responsibility, obtaining training and exposure to Information Communications Technology (ICT) at a national level, obtaining access to IT tech support and educational software, practicing ICT infusion as a part of everyday education and contributing to national development in ICT infusion in education. The activities of the club include but is not limited to: E-Waste collection, refurbishment and reuse of ICT equipment, ICT tech support for schools and humanitarian organisations, academic digital support for students through webinars, digital content and peer to peer support, responsible digital gaming as a competitive e-sport, animation, apps and games development, robotics and micro-data collection and distribution systems.
