Fundraiser for Damion Kennedy
We are inviting the public to support a fundraiser being held for Damion Kennedy to assist with the purchase of a prosthetic leg.
This event is being hosted by his coworkers at the Richmond Plant of the Water and Sewerage Authority, and the Belle Garden Village Council is proud to lend its full support to this worthy cause.

The village of Belle Garden is left to mourn the passing of our dearly beloved mother, sister, and friend, Elsa Frankly.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her during this difficult time.
On behalf of the Belle Garden Village Council, we share in your grief and offer our prayers, support, and deepest sympathies. May her soul rest in peace. 🕊️

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the men whose love, guidance, sacrifice and quiet strength help shape our families and communities.

Do you know a father who goes above and beyond? A father who shows up, gives his all, and makes a difference in the lives of others?

Nominate him today and let us show our appreciation.

🏆 Three fathers will be selected from:
📍 Goldsborough / Pembroke
📍 Glamorgan / Richmond
📍 Belle Garden / Kendal

🎁 Each selected father will receive a personalized home visit, a care package, and a token of appreciation.
