Hello everyone! We’re thrilled to announce our BBQ fundraiser, and we need your support! Every ticket purchased goes directly toward making our upcoming Christmas event extra special for the kids at the Chickland Police Youth Club. Your contribution will help us cover costs and, most importantly, bring smiles and joy to our young members this holiday season. Let’s come together to make this a memorable Christmas for them – thank you for your support!

Here's a look back at our Divali Social, held on November 2nd, where we came together to celebrate light, community, and tradition. Our hall may have been simply decorated, but the warmth and joy it held were truly special. A huge thank you to everyone who joined and contributed – you helped make this celebration memorable for us all. We hope these moments bring a little light to your day as we continue to carry the spirit of Divali forward!

🌺✨ Chickland Police Youth Club Divali Social Celebration ✨🌺

We’re delighted to share highlights from our Divali Social, a vibrant celebration of culture and togetherness! Led by No. 16611 Cpl Kanhai and No. 20230 WPC Cuffy-Joseph as our dedicated Leader and Assistant Leader, along with the guidance of our Executive Team: President Mr. D. Joseph, Vice President Mr. Mohammed, and Secretary Mrs. Mascull, the event brought joy and rich experiences to all who attended.

We were also honored by a visit from MP Couva North, Mr. Ravi Ratiram, who shared his inspiring views on the meaning of Divali, reminding us of the festival’s deep messages of light, hope, and community.

Our young members embraced the spirit of Divali, showcasing their traditional East Indian attire with pride in a lively modeling showcase, performing heartfelt poems, and diving into the art of making beloved Indian delicacies like kurma, parsad, pholourie, and saheena.

It was a day filled with cultural exchange, learning, and, above all, the warmth of community. This gathering highlighted the values of the Chickland Police Youth Club, creating cherished memories and deepening our commitment to unity and celebration of diversity.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in making this day unforgettable!
