💚 Today, on World Mental Health Day, we're reminded of the importance of being heard, supported and understood.

In recognition of this day, students at our Ste. Madeleine Campus participated in a Student Support Group session centred on the theme “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change.”

The session created a safe space for students to share personal experiences, discuss everyday stressors, support one another and explore healthy ways to cope with life's challenges.

Students also received mental health resources and enjoyed calming activities and refreshments.

Through initiatives like these, our Student Affairs Department continues to encourage open conversations about mental health and remind students that they are never alone. 💚
