It is with profound sadness that the Pharmaceutical Society of Trinidad & Tobago mourns the passing of Ms. Adelle Beckles, Registered Pharmacist, educator, entrepreneur, and advocate.
Ms. Beckles was an alumna of Bishop Anstey High School and a recipient of an Academic/Athletic Scholarship to Saint Peter's College in New Jersey, where she attained her Bachelor of Science in Biology and later her MBA in International Business. Upon returning to Trinidad, she pursued her passion for healthcare, earning her BSc in Pharmacy in 2015 and going on to make meaningful contributions to the profession.
A multi-faceted individual, Ms. Beckles was deeply committed to public education, particularly in the area of End Stage Renal Disease through her theme, "My dialysis, my Drugs, my diet." Her dedication to patient care, education, and entrepreneurship leaves a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire many.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, colleagues, patients, and all whose lives she touched.
Funeral service for Ms. Adelle Beckles will take place on Tuesday 23rd June at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, Wendy Fitzwilliam Boulevard, Diego Martin.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
