🏏🔥 MATCH 2 — THE BATTLE CONTINUES! 🔥🏏

After a strong battle and a truly valiant effort, our Las Lomas #2 Sports Club Over 40 team unfortunately succumbed to the opposition in Match #2 of the Bert’s Sports Foundation Over 40 Tournament.

It wasn’t the result we wanted, but the boys showed heart, fight and determination from the first ball to the last. 💪🏽🏏 Every run, every wicket, every catch and every moment on the field represented the pride we have in wearing the Las Lomas #2 colours. 💚💛

Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn. Today, we take the lessons, keep our heads high and come back ready to battle again.

A big thank you to our players, supporters and everyone who continues to stand behind the team. Your support means plenty! 🙌🏽

A better ground starts with a little hard work. 🇹🇹🏏

Work is currently underway at the Las Lomas #2 Recreation Ground as we continue investing in our community and creating a facility that everyone can enjoy and be proud to call their own.

We’re putting in the effort today so that tomorrow our children have a better place to play, our athletes have a quality field to compete on, and our supporters have a ground they can enjoy for years to come. With our upcoming cricket matches just around the corner, we’re making sure the ground is ready to showcase the very best of Las Lomas #2.

But this facility isn’t just for cricket—it’s for everyone and all sports. Whether you’re taking an early morning walk, getting in your evening exercise, or simply looking for a safe and welcoming space to stay active, we invite you to make use of our walking track and enjoy everything the recreation ground has to offer. A healthier community starts with all of us.

We want to sincerely thank everyone for your patience, encouragement, and continued support. Progress takes teamwork, and together we’re proving that when a community comes together, great things can happen.

Due to the inclement weather and the low turn out today, we have decided to reschedule our EmpowerHer Legends Cricket Club Screening & Information Session to ensure more young women and their families can attend.

💜 We believe every girl deserves the opportunity to be part of this exciting journey, and this new date will make it easier for everyone to participate.
