Perfect Cadence Steel Orchestra Perfect Cadence Steel Orchestra Profile

Perfect Cadence Steel Orchestra was founded by Mr. Mark Hosten in 2008. These schools are St. Pius Boys’ R.C, St.

One of the objectives of the organization is the development of the youth in Arouca and environs through music. The national musical instrument of Trinidad & Tobago is the primary instrument to be used to achieve this objective. In pursuit of this goal, we have consistently taken the leadership in structuring approaches to meeting the musical, technical and organizational challenges that must be addressed as we seek to position the steel band movement in the global musical landscape. The band is managed by the following officers:
Manager/Arranger: Mark Hosten
Assistant Manager: Justin Defreitas
Arrangers: Kevin Millien and Koreece Graham
Secretary/Treasurer: Beverly Charles

Perfect Cadence Steel has been forced to leave the Bon Air Secondary School. The acting Principal has joined with complaining residents and limited the band's rehearsals to stop at 8:00 pm however the school supervisor has increased it generously by 30 minutes. It is against this background that we are forced to relocate, having qualified for the small band semi finals of the National Panorama competition. The band wishes to thank the Modern Symphony Steel Orchestra for coming to our dire need of a rehearsal venue. Thank you Mr. Leighroy Rivero manager of the Modern Symphony steel orchestra and your committee for making your yard available to us. Perfect Cadence will also like to thank the parents of the many students in the band for your understanding and continued cooperation. The band was of the opinion that a steel orchestra can be afforded a space in a government school in Trinidad & Tobago where the national instrument was invented, we were wrong.
