🚨 If someone is rushing you to send money, slow down.

Scammers often create a sense of urgency so you don't have time to think, question the request, or verify who you're dealing with.

Before sending money or sharing personal or banking information, take a moment to:
• Check who contacted you
• Verify the request through a trusted channel
• Question why you need to act immediately
• Never let pressure make the decision for you

A genuine request can be verified. Urgency is not proof.

Save this reminder and share it with someone who might need it. 📲

A quick CV check can make a big difference. 📄

Before you hit send, take a few minutes to make sure your CV is:
✓ Accurate
✓ Up to date
✓ Easy to read
✓ Relevant to the role

Small details like an incorrect phone number, unclear dates, or a spelling mistake can make it harder for an employer to get the right picture of your experience.

Take a final look before every application — and if possible, have someone else read it too.

When was the last time you gave your CV a proper check? 👇🏽

You don't have to figure everything out alone. 🤝🏽❤️

Sometimes, strength looks like knowing when to ask for help.

Whether you're looking for work, trying to solve a problem, learning something new, or simply having a difficult week, reaching out can connect you with information, advice, encouragement, or support you may not have found on your own.

As we reflect on what connects us as a nation this Independence Month, it's worth remembering that community is built through more than celebrations. It is built when we ask, listen, share, and show up for one another.

A simple conversation could be the connection someone needed today.

💬 Reach out to someone in your circle and check in. You never know where one conversation may lead.

Your mind needs room to breathe. 🧠🏽🌿

Between work, responsibilities, messages, errands, and everything else competing for our attention, it’s easy to stay switched on all day without realizing how mentally tired we’ve become.

A short pause can make a difference.

✨ Step away from the screen.
🌿 Take a short walk.
🤫 Sit somewhere quiet.
📵 Give yourself 10 minutes without notifications or another task demanding your attention.

As we reflect on what it means to build stronger communities and a stronger nation, we should also remember that well-being starts with the people who make up our communities.

Taking care of your mind isn't selfish. It's part of showing up fully—for yourself, your family, your work, and the people around you.

Today, give yourself permission to pause.

What does your mental reset look like? 👇🏽

“Trini to de Bone” is more than a saying. 🇹🇹❤️
It’s a feeling, a way of showing up, and the little things that make Trinidad & Tobago feel like home.

It’s in the way we celebrate, create, laugh, lend a helping hand, support local talent, and find joy even when things aren't always easy.

And our identity continues to evolve. Every generation brings something new while carrying forward the stories, traditions, and values that came before.

As we celebrate Independence Month, take a moment to think about what “Trini to de Bone” means to you.

Maybe it’s a sound. A taste. A tradition. A place. Or simply the way we treat each other. 🇹🇹

What does being Trini to de Bone mean to you? 👇🏽

Progress becomes easier to manage when you know where you're going. 🎯🏽📈

Whether you're working toward a new job, developing your skills, or preparing for your next career move, you don't have to accomplish everything at once.

Start with one realistic goal for the next 30 days. Break it into three simple steps, then focus on moving forward consistently.

As we approach Independence Day, it's also a reminder that building a stronger future happens through the choices we make today — both individually and together.

Your next step doesn't have to be big. It just has to move you forward.

What’s one career goal you want to make progress on this month? 👇🏽

Strong communities are built one conversation at a time. 🇹🇹🤝🏽

A simple conversation can do more than we realize. Checking in with a neighbour, catching up with a friend, listening to a family member, or asking a colleague how they’re doing can build trust and remind people that they’re part of something bigger than themselves.

As we approach Independence Day, it’s a good time to reflect on the connections that make Trinidad & Tobago feel like home. Our strength isn't only found in our shared history — it’s also found in how we show up for one another today.

This week, start a conversation. Check in. Listen. You never know what a few genuine words might mean to someone. ❤️

A healthy community is built through connection. 🇹🇹❤️

Our families, friendships, neighbours, and everyday relationships all play a role in how we experience life. Making time to check in, share a conversation, lend support, or simply spend time with others can strengthen emotional well-being and help ease everyday stress.

As we approach Independence Day, it’s worth remembering that the strength of a nation is reflected in the connections between its people.

Take a moment this week to reach out to someone. Check in. Catch up. Make time for the people around you.

Small connections can make a lasting difference — to our well-being and to the communities we call home. 🇹🇹
