What an unforgettable and truly enriching experience ✨📚
On Friday 30th January 2026, Some of the members and parents of the Trinidad and Tobago Paramilitary Police Youth Club had the esteemed privilege of visiting the Logos Hope, the world-renowned floating book fair, currently docked right here in Trinidad and Tobago. This visit was more than just a tour — it was a journey of learning, inspiration, and exposure to global knowledge and culture.
The Logos Hope is recognized as the world’s largest floating bookshop, operated by the international non-profit organization GBA Ships. Since its launch in 2009, the ship has traveled to hundreds of ports across the globe, welcoming millions of visitors and offering over 5,000 book titles at affordable prices. These books cover a wide range of topics including education, science, leadership, self-development, faith, health, and children’s literature — all aimed at improving access to knowledge and fostering personal growth.
Beyond books, the Logos Hope carries a diverse international crew made up of volunteers from dozens of countries, all committed to sharing knowledge, promoting cultural exchange, and serving communities through outreach initiatives. The ship stands as a symbol of unity, education, and hope, bringing people together through the power of learning.
For our members and parents, this visit was a meaningful reminder of the importance of education, discipline, curiosity, and global awareness. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an impactful experience and thankful for moments that continue to shape, motivate, and broaden the horizons of our young leaders.
📖🌍 An experience rooted in knowledge, growth, and inspiration.
