🏫 سبع مدارس تفتح أبوابها من جديد

بعد أشهر من العمل، أصبحت سبع مدارس في حريتان وعندان وكفر حمرة جاهزة لاستقبال الطلاب من جديد؛ فالمدرسة ليست مجرد بناء، بل المكان الذي تبدأ منه خطوات الأطفال نحو المستقبل.

ومنذ البداية، كان الأمان أولويتنا. لذلك، نُفذت عمليات الكشف والتحقق من مخلفات الحرب بالتعاون مع الدفاع المدني السوري، قبل البدء بأعمال الترميم وإعادة التأهيل.

شملت الأعمال إعادة تأهيل سبع مدارس، وفرش وتجهيز 81 مساحة تعليمية وإدارية فيها، تشمل 67 غرفة صفية، و7 مكاتب إدارية، و6 غرف للمعلمين، ومخبراً. كما جرى تركيب منظومات للطاقة الشمسية لدعم استمرارية العملية التعليمية وتخفيف أعباء التشغيل، إلى جانب تدريب الكوادر المحلية على تشغيل هذه المنظومات وصيانتها.

نُفذت هذه الأعمال ضمن مشروع تنفذه POINT، بتمويل من صندوق التمويل الإنساني لسوريا عبر الحدود (SCHF #)، وهو مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية في سوريا (OCHA)

وبعد اكتمال الأعمال، سُلّمت المدارس إلى السلطات المحلية، بما يعزز الملكية المحلية ويسهم في استمرارية الخدمات التعليمية للمجتمعات المستفيدة.

كان هدفنا واضحاً: توفير بيئة مدرسية أفضل تتيح للطلاب مواصلة تعليمهم بأمان واستقرار.

هذا الإنجاز ما كان ليكتمل دون تعاون مديرية التربية والتعليم والدفاع المدني السوري، إلى جانب جهود فريق منظمة POINT الهندسية والميدانية واللوجستية.

تأتي هذه الأنشطة ضمن المشروع الذي تنفذه منظمة بوينت والممول من صندوق التمويل الإنساني لسوريا عبر الحدود ( )، وهو صندوق مُشترك مُدار من قبل مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية في سوريا ( ).
🏫 Seven schools are ready to welcome students back

After months of rehabilitation work, seven schools across Haritan, Anadan, and Kafr Hamrah are now opening their doors again, offering children safer and better-equipped places to learn.

Before any work began, safety checks for explosive remnants of war were carried out in cooperation with the Syrian Civil Defence.

Across the seven schools, 81 learning and administrative spaces were furnished and equipped, including 67 classrooms, 7 administrative offices, 6 teachers’ rooms, and a laboratory. The schools were also fitted with solar energy systems to support reliable access to power and reduce operating costs. Local staff received practical training to operate and maintain the systems over the long term.

With the work now complete, the schools have been handed over to the local authorities, helping strengthen local ownership and ensure that education services remain available to the communities they serve.

This achievement was made possible through the cooperation of the Directorate of Education and the Syrian Civil Defence, as well as the commitment of POINT’s engineering, field, and logistics teams.

These activities are part of a project implemented by POINT Organization and funded by the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund ( ), a pooled fund managed by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Syria ( ).

في اليوم العالمي للعمل الإنساني، نتذكر أن جوهر هذا العمل يبدأ من الإنسان، من كرامته، صوته، وحقه في الوصول إلى الدعم بشكل آمن وعادل.

في POINT، نؤمن أن الاستجابة الإنسانية تكون أكثر أثراً عندما تنطلق من المجتمع نفسه، وتُبنى على فهم احتياجات الناس وأولوياتهم، مع الالتزام بمبدأ عدم التسبب بالضرر والوصول إلى الفئات الأكثر ضعفاً، سواء كانوا نازحين، عائدين، أو أفراداً من المجتمعات المضيفة.

عملنا لا يتوقف عند الاستجابة للاحتياجات الآنية، بل يسعى إلى مرافقة المجتمعات في مسار ٧يمتد من الصمود إلى التعافي، ويعزز قدرتها على استعادة حياتها وبناء مستقبل أكثر استقراراً.

On World Humanitarian Day, we are reminded that humanitarian action begins with people, their dignity, their voice, and their right to access support safely and fairly.

At POINT, we believe humanitarian response is stronger when it is rooted in communities, shaped by their priorities, and guided by the principle of Do No Harm. We work to ensure that support reaches those who need it most, including displaced people, returnees, host communities, and the most vulnerable.

Our work goes beyond responding to immediate needs. It is about standing with communities on their journey from resilience to recovery, supporting them to restore their lives and move toward greater stability and self-reliance.

وراء كل مبادرة مجتمعية ناجحة… مجتمع كان شريكاً في صناعتها.

في حريتان، عندان، وكفر حمرة، عملت POINT على بناء لجان مجتمعية من أبناء المجتمع المحلي، ودعمت أعضاءها بتدريبات على تحديد الأولويات وتطوير المقترحات، ليقودوا اختيار المبادرات التي تعكس احتياجات مجتمعاتهم، ويشاركوا في تنفيذها ومتابعتها على أرض الواقع.

واليوم، أصبحت تلك الأفكار واقعاً ملموساً؛ عبر تركيب 100 نقطة إنارة LED في حريتان وعندان، وتطوير مداخل حريتان وكفر حمرة، وتعزيز النظافة العامة من خلال توزيع 258 حاوية قمامة في عندان وكفر حمرة بالتنسيق مع المجالس المحلية.

ست مبادرات مجتمعية لم تكن مجرد أعمال خدمية، بل تجربة أكدت أن إشراك المجتمع في اتخاذ القرار هو الخطوة الأولى نحو تنمية أكثر استدامة وأثراً.

نُفذت هذه المبادرات ضمن مشروع تنفذه POINT، بتمويل من صندوق التمويل الإنساني لسوريا عبر الحدود (SCHF #)، وهو صندوق مشترك تديره مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية في سوريا (OCHA)

Every successful initiative starts with a community that has a voice.

In Haritan, Anadan, and Kafr Hamra, POINT worked alongside local community committees, strengthening their capacity to identify priorities and turn local ideas into practical initiatives. From selecting the priorities to following implementation on the ground, community members remained at the heart of every step.

Today, the impact is visible across the three communities. Streets in Haritan and Anadan are brighter with 100 newly installed LED lighting points, town entrances in Haritan and Kafr Hamra have been revitalized through maintenance works, interlock paving, and welcome signs, while 258 waste bins have been distributed across Anadan and Kafr Hamra in coordination with the local councils.

These six initiatives were not only about improving public spaces. They also demonstrated the value of putting communities at the center of decision-making, creating solutions that are more relevant, sustainable, and lasting.

من الاستجابة الإنسانية إلى التعافي المبكر

اختتمت POINT تنفيذ أنشطة سبل العيش في كفر حلب وأورم الكبرى ضمن مشروع نُفذ بالشراكة مع SARD وبدعم من صندوق سوريا الإنساني عبر الحدود (SCHF)، وهو صندوق مشترك يُدار من قبل مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية في سوريا (OCHA).

ومن خلال نهج التخرج، انتقل المستفيدون من برنامج المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض إلى برنامج النقد مقابل العمل ضمن مشاريع صغيرة ومتناهية في الصغر، ليكتسبوا خلال ثلاثة أشهر في بيئات عمل حقيقية مهارات مهنية وخبرة عملية، إلى جانب حصولهم على دخل، بما عزز فرصهم في الاعتماد على الذات والاندماج في سوق العمل، وجسّد أهمية التكامل بين التدخلات الإنسانية وبرامج التعافي المبكر

From Relief to Recovery

In Kafr Halab and Big Ourem, POINT has completed a livelihoods intervention implemented in partnership with SARD and funded by the Syria Cross-Border Humanitarian Fund (SCHF), a pooled fund managed by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).

Using the Graduation Approach, the project enabled beneficiaries to move beyond emergency cash assistance and into three months of paid employment within small and micro-enterprises. During this period, participants strengthened their technical skills, gained practical workplace experience, and earned an income, helping them build greater self-reliance and improve their access to sustainable livelihood opportunities.

The intervention demonstrates how humanitarian assistance can serve as a pathway toward early recovery by creating opportunities that extend beyond immediate support.

رؤيتنا في منظمة "بوينت" (POINT) لا تتوقف عند حدود الدعم المالي، بل تمتد لتكون شريكاً حقيقياً في رحلة التوسع؛ نضع خبرتنا في تطوير الأعمال لنضمن أن كل مشروعٍ صغير أو ناشئ يسير على الطريق الصحيح نحو الاستدامة.
خلال الزيارات الميدانية لأصحاب الورش والمشاريع الذين تسلّموا المنحة، يعمل أخصائي تطوير الأعمال في "بوينت" على تقييم سير العمل وفق الخطط الموضوعة، وتقديم الدعم الفني والاستشاري لضمان استثمار الموارد بالشكل الأمثل، وذلك عبر:
✅ تجسيد الأفكار: تحويل خطط توسعة الأعمال إلى واقع ملموس.
✅ رفع الكفاءة: تأمين المعدات والتجهيزات الأساسية لتحسين الإنتاج.
✅ تعزيز الاستدامة: ضمان الجدوى المالية والتشغيلية للمشاريع بعد اجتياز مرحلة التدريب.

ضمن أنشطة ومشاريع منظمة POINT، لم نكتفِ بإعادة تأهيل المدارس في كلٍّ من (حريتان، عندان، وكفر حمرة)، بل قمنا بتزويدها بمنظومات طاقة شمسية متكاملة، وتنظيم ورشة تدريبية عملية للكوادر الإدارية والتدريسية، تعرّفوا خلالها على:
• التشغيل الصحيح للمنظومة وإدارة الأحمال بكفاءة.
• قراءة شاشة الإنفرتر والتعامل مع المؤشرات والأعطال الشائعة.
• تنظيف الألواح الشمسية وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية للحفاظ على كفاءة النظام.
نسعى من خلال هذا التدريب إلى ضمان استمرارية العملية التعليمية، وتثبيت أركان الاستدامة في مدارسنا؛ عبر بناء قدرات كوادرنا المحلية لتكون قادرة على إدارة مواردها بكفاءة ومسؤولية.

As part of POINT Organization’s ongoing projects and activities, our intervention went beyond rehabilitating schools in Hreitan, Anadan, and Kafr Hamrah. We equipped these schools with solar energy systems and organized a hands-on training workshop for administrative and teaching staff, covering:
• Correct system operation and efficient load management.
• Reading inverter screens and troubleshooting common indicators and faults.
• Solar panel cleaning and preventive maintenance to sustain system efficiency.
Through this training, we aim to ensure the continuity of education and root sustainability in our schools by building the capacity of local staff to manage their resources efficiently and responsibly.
