Spirituality here is described as meditation, being in your True presence, awareness, True Divine Self, connected to the Divine energies and spirits. I
t has nothing to do with religion. We only invite people here to join us if you feel similarly, or if you are willing to learn about this kind of spirituality. You will have your own spiritual journey, and learning and experiences on your soul's journey. However, we encourage a healthy life-style, healthy eating within organic or natural foods and ecological living, healthy family relationship, promoting breastfeeding, and yoga and meditation practices, dancing, Osho inspired meditative practices, and so on. All of this practice is to get in touch with yourself, your True Self, and the Love within.
