Architect – Tilal Utique
Tunis-based / Full-time

The Kamel Lazaar Foundation (KLF) is looking for an Architect to support the development of TILAL Utique, an artistic and hospitality destination combining artist residencies, living spaces, and buildings of significant heritage.

The Architect will oversee the site's construction, renovation, and development projects, while ensuring the preservation of its architectural and heritage identity.

🔹 Project Design & Management – Develop architectural projects from concept to completion, including plans, technical documentation, 3D models, specifications, and budget monitoring.

🔹 Site Supervision & Coordination – Oversee architectural aspects on site, coordinate with engineers, contractors, craftsmen, suppliers and technical teams, and ensure compliance with approved architectural decisions and Tunisian regulations.

🔹 Profile – Architecture degree or equivalent, significant experience in construction and renovation projects, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & SketchUp, and good knowledge of rendering tools and Tunisian building regulations.

The Kamel Lazaar Foundation (KLF) is hiring a Communications Officer on a CDI type of contract. Applications must be sent to [email protected] by August 9, 2026, at midnight. The preferred start date is September 15, 2026.

About the Role
The Kamel Lazaar Foundation (KLF) is looking to hire a Communications Officer to strengthen and implement the Foundation's existing communications strategy across all of its entities and flagship projects, including B7L9 Art Centre, Tilal Utique Artist Residency, and the Jaou Tunis Biennale.
The selected candidate will lead KLF's communications team, composed of a Community Manager, a Communications Coordinator, and a Graphic Design team.

Key Responsibilities
· Implement the communications strategy across all of the foundation’s entities and projects (Jaou Tunis Biennale, B7L9 Art Centre, and Tilal Utique Artist Residency).
· Manage the Foundation's communications team (Community Manager, Website Content Manager, Graphic Designer, and Communications Coordinator), oversee work planning, and coordinate external service providers (photographers, videographers, web developers, and public relations consultants).
· Draft press releases and editorial content in collaboration with KLF's curatorial and editorial teams.
· Assess communication needs and recommend appropriate communication tools.
· Plan and produce marketing materials (programmes, brochures, posters, etc.) based on existing templates.
· Develop and maintain tracking tools to monitor communication schedules and budgets.
· Build and maintain relationships with media partners and external service providers.
· Oversee the Foundation's social media channels and website updates.
· Manage relationships with print, broadcast, digital, and other media outlets.
· Monitor media coverage and produce regular communication reports, including press reviews and social media KPIs.

Required Profile
· Higher education degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a cultural institution or an organisation active in the field of contemporary art.
· Excellent writing and editing skills in both French and English; proficiency in Arabic is considered an asset.
· Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal teams and external service providers.
· Solid knowledge of social media platforms, content management tools, and media relations.

The position is based at the Lira Building, Les Berges du Lac 2, Tunis, and reports directly to the Group General Management.

Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

As part of its organizational structuring, the Kamel Lazaar foundation is looking to hire an Administrative and Financial Director to ensure reliable, professional financial and administrative management across the group.
The role covers the financial management of the projects led by the Kamel Lazaar Foundation and its associated entities, serving as a key pillar to support the growth and diversification of the group’s activities.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee accounting, taxation, periodic financial closings, and the preparation of financial statements for the Group's various entities.
· Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing.
· Develop reliable dashboards, budgets, and reporting tools for General Management and institutional partners and funders.
· Supervise administrative and contractual matters in coordination with external advisors.
· Structure, streamline, and strengthen the Group's internal financial and administrative procedures.
Required Profile
· Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Management Control.
· Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role (Administrative and Financial Director, Finance Manager, or Senior Chief Accountant).
· Strong sense of accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, and accountability.
· Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and the ability to build, structure, and lead a team.
· Fluency in French and Arabic, proficiency in English is an asset.
· Good command of standard office software.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Through its hospitality entity, Lira Hospitality, the Kamel Lazaar Foundation (KLF) is looking to hire a Sales Manager to join its new TILAL Utique project, with a focus on hospitality.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing target markets and contributing to positioning TILAL Utique as a leading hospitality destination at both the national and international levels.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Sales Development & Market Positioning
· Define and implement the sales strategy for hospitality activities, including retreats, events, artist residencies, wellness stays, and related programs.
· Identify and develop priority market segments, including corporate clients, cultural institutions, tourism operators, and travel agencies.
· Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships.
· Monitor commercial performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and customer segmentation.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & HOSPITALITY:
· Ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience before, during, and after each stay.
· Develop hospitality standards and coordinate operational teams across accommodation, food and beverage, and technical services.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
Qualifications & Experience

· Proven experience in sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and brand marketing.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Kamel Lazaar Foundation is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Group's General Management in the day-to-day coordination of its activities. Beyond providing executive administrative support, the position also encompasses operational responsibilities, including procurement and general services, with the objective of ensuring the smooth running of the Group's operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support
· Manage the General Management's agenda, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Organize management meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
· Coordinate with the Group's various entities and internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage correspondence, emails, and document filing for the General Management.
Procurement & General Services
· Identify the Group's procurement and general services needs.
· Request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
· Select and maintain relationships with suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery deadlines.
· Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and day-to-day general services.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
Education & Experience

· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant. (Previous experience in the hospitality sector is an asset).

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
