🌍 Bridging the gap between policy and practice in the Mediterranean!

MEDREC was pleased to participate in the 1st Multi-Programme Projects Energy Dialogue . It was a fantastic opportunity to share insights from our key regional projects, including MAENA , , and .
During our intervention, we emphasized a core conviction: participatory governance is the key to adoption and long-term sustainability.
đź’ˇ Our main takeaway for the region: By standardizing and institutionalizing these participatory models across borders, we can ensure that national energy strategies are co-created with the stakeholders who must implement them on the ground. This approach is essential for achieving higher adoption rates and seamless policy alignment.

Thank you to the organizers for fostering this crucial regional dialogue! 🤝

🌍 A Strong Step Forward for Mediterranean Energy Cooperation

The 1st Multi-Programme Projects Energy Dialogue, organized by RESt4GREEN and hosted by ECOPARK under in Tunisia, brought together over 100 Mediterranean stakeholders to advance collaboration on clean energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable development.

With contributions from 26 speakers and 28 showcased initiatives, the event enabled structured dialogue across multiple EU-funded programmes, strengthening coordination on shared energy transition challenges.

Discussions reinforced a clear direction: scaling project results, enhancing policy relevance, and deepening cross-programme cooperation to support a more resilient Mediterranean energy future.
