Healthtech Startup

A healthtech startup is seeking a Marketing & Community Engagement Lead to help drive its communication strategy and boost engagement within its community of healthcare professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ex*****on: Translate strategic orientations and brainstormed ideas into concrete actions and deliverables.

Content Creation: Design, write, and publish relevant content tailored to an audience of doctors and healthcare professionals.

Community Management: Manage the startup’s communication channels and actively work to increase community engagement.

Editorial Strategy: Help structure the brand's editorial line and public positioning.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers when necessary for content production (particularly video).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education: Degree from a business school, or a background in marketing, communications, or an equivalent field.

Language Skills: Perfect command of written and spoken French.

Writing Skills: Excellent copywriting, editing, and synthesis skills.

Operational Mindset: Proven ability to transform discussions and ideas into operational results.

Soft Skills: Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and highly execution-oriented.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and ease when dealing with diverse stakeholders.

Interests: A strong interest in healthcare, innovation, and the startup ecosystem.

Requirement: A French-speaking (Francophone) profile is required.
