Following the great success of the 1st edition of JCI Exchange 2025, proudly hosted in Sousse, Tunisia by JCI Sousse — the founder chapter of this project —
we are thrilled to announce the next chapter to carry this journey forward.

✨ Day 3 – Closing and HandoverCeremony | JCI Exchange 2025 🌍

The final day of JCI Exchange 2025 concluded with a meaningful Closing Ceremony, marking the end of an unforgettable international experience.

During this special moment, we proudly distributed certificates, exchanged symbolic gifts between the participating LOMs and attendees, and celebrated the strong bonds created throughout the program.

The highlight of the ceremony was the official handover of the JCI Exchange project, as we passed this initiative forward to continue its journey in 2027, hosted by none other than our valued partner JCI Çankaya, Turkey 🇹🇷.
With this handover, a dream initiated by JCI Sousse now moves forward to grow, evolve, and connect even more young leaders across the world.

📸 Day 3 – Closing Strong at JCI Exchange 2025 🌍✨

We wrapped up the final day of JCI Exchange 2025 with a perfect mix of learning, fun, and unforgettable moments.

🏭 Company Visit – Dräxlmaier
Our day started with an inspiring company visit to Dräxlmaier, where participants had the opportunity to discover the industrial process and explore the different components that come together to create a vehicle.

🎳 Team Bowling Challenge
Next, it was time to switch gears and have some fun! We split into teams for a friendly bowling competition, sharing laughs, energy, and team spirit while enjoying every moment together.

⚓ Kantaoui Port Tour
We then headed to Port El Kantaoui in Sousse for a relaxing walk and sightseeing.

✨ And the day didn’t end there…
We spent the remaining moments making the most of our time together, creating lasting memories before heading to the closing ceremony.

A beautiful ending to an incredible international experience filled with connection, discovery, and friendship. 💙🌍

📸 Day 2 – Exploring Culture, Learning, and Leadership 🌍✨

After our impactful tree-planting action, the second day of the JCI Exchange program continued with a rich cultural and educational experience.

🏛️ Visit to the Medina of Sousse
Our journey took us through the historic Medina of Sousse, where we explored:

- The Ribat of Sousse

- The Great Mosque

- A traditional Tunisian house
Each site offered a glimpse into the centuries of history and heritage that define our city.

📘 2nd Training Session
Back from the Medina, we continued with our second training delivered by our Area Trainer from Turkey, Arkin Çoban.
The session, focused on Defining Needs and Goals, provided deep insights into strengthening leadership and strategic thinking skills.
It was an exciting and interactive training filled with valuable exchanges and new perspectives.

🟦 Executive Board Meeting
We closed the day with the Executive Board Meeting, where participating chapters came together to discuss and finalize the decision regarding the next edition of JCI Exchange and its future hosting chapter.

✨ Day 2 blended community impact, cultural discovery, leadership development, and international collaboration — a perfect reflection of the spirit of JCI Exchange.

📸 Looking Back at Day 2 of JCI Exchange 2025 🌍🌱

As the excitement of the first day passed quickly, November 2nd brought us together for a meaningful tree-planting community action in Sousse, Tunisia.
This activity was organized in collaboration with Volunteers For You Organization 🌿🤝

Every participant from:
🇹🇷 JCI Çankaya – Turkey
🇫🇷 JCI Saint-Étienne – France
🇫🇷 JCI Grenoble – France
🇮🇳 JCI Marthandam – India
joined hands with JCI Sousse to plant 50 trees and contribute to a greener future for our city.

This collaboration — taking part in a community action in a country other than your own — reflects our shared commitment to creating sustainable impact across borders.
Together, we proved that leadership and positive change have no boundaries. 🌍💙🌱

🇹🇳 Back to November 1st – Day 1 Highlights of JCI Exchange! 🌍✨

We’re excited to share with you the memorable moments of our first day in the JCI Exchange program!

Our journey began early in the morning as we headed to Tunis to welcome our international guests before returning together to Sousse.

🟦 Opening Ceremony
We officially launched the program in the presence of:

Nada Zahdi, Vice President of JCI Sousse (Tunisia 🇹🇳)

Beren İlkim Ceylan, President of JCI Çankaya (Turkey 🇹🇷)

Chaïma Ben Brahim, Immediate Past President of JCI Grenoble (France 🇫🇷)

Fanélie Farjon, President of JCI Saint-Étienne (France 🇫🇷)

🟩 First Training Session
We continued with our first training led by our Tunisian national trainer Zakariya Satouri, who delivered the inspiring session “From Vision to Victory.”
This enriching workshop allowed us to learn, reflect, and grow together while embracing new perspectives.

🟧 Traditional Dinner in the Medina
After being joined by our participants from JCI Marthandam (India 🇮🇳), we ended the day beautifully with a traditional dinner at Dar El Habib in the Medina of Sousse.
We were warmly welcomed by our Past President Omar Belhouane, to whom we extend our sincere thanks.
