๐Œ๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ซ๐จ, ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ• ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“ - The Uniรฃo Nacional dos Escuteiros de Timor-Leste (UNE-TL), through the UNE-TL Dili Municipality Council and the Head of the JAMMUN Dili Commission, delivered a Certificate of Appreciation to the Commander of the Timor-Leste Defence Forces (F-FDTL-FAG) at the Nicolau Lobato Training Center, Metinaro.

During the ceremony, the President of the UNE-TL Dili Municipality Council, Police Superintendent Commander Antรณnio da Luz, expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Commander of F-FDTL for supporting the 2025 Dili Municipal Jamboree activities. The occasion also served to present the role of Scoutsโ€™ activities and their contribution to youth development.

In his speech, the Commander of F-FDTL reaffirmed that the Defence Forces will continue to support UNE-TL, particularly in training on discipline, unity, and participation in scouting activities.

This activity strengthened the ties between Scouts and the national defense institution, thereby providing new motivation for young people to continue developing leadership, community service, and patriotism.

Durante a cerimรณnia, o Presidente do Conselho Municipal da UNE-TL de Dรญli, Superintendente Comandante da Polรญcia, Antรณnio da Luz, transmitiu gratidรฃo e apreรงo ao Comandante das F-FDTL pelo apoio ร s atividades do Jamboree Municipal de Dรญli 2025. A ocasiรฃo tambรฉm serviu para apresentar o papel das atividades escutistas e a sua contribuiรงรฃo para o desenvolvimento da juventude.

No seu discurso, o Comandante das F-FDTL afirmou que as Forรงas de Defesa continuarรฃo a apoiar a UNE-TL, particularmente na formaรงรฃo em disciplina, unidade e participaรงรฃo nas atividades escutistas.

Esta atividade reforรงou os laรงos entre os Escuteiros e a instituiรงรฃo de defesa nacional, proporcionando assim nova motivaรงรฃo para que a juventude continue a desenvolver lideranรงa, serviรงo comunitรกrio e patriotismo.

๐‘ซ๐’Š๐’๐’Š, ๐‘จ๐’–๐’ˆ๐’–๐’”๐’• ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ–, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“ - The Uniรฃo Nacional dos Escuteiros de Timor-Leste (UNE-TL), Dili Municipal Council, held the Closing and Farewell Ceremony of the Organizing Committee at the UNE-TL Training Center, Wenunuk-Metinaru, from August 16 to 17, 2025.

This activity marked an important moment to recognize the contribution, dedication, and voluntary efforts of the Organizing Committee throughout the preparation and implementation of the event.

In addition to the appreciation expressed by UNE-TL, the Organizing Committee also carried out a self-assessment of its work. In this reflection, the Committee identified several positive aspects such as collaboration, responsibility, ability to face challenges, and volunteer spirit. The assessment also clarified to members the areas that need improvement and strategies to strengthen capacities for future activities.

After the evaluation, the program continued with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to committee members who devoted their time, energy, and skills to ensure the successful implementation of the program.

The ceremony also represented a farewell moment filled with friendship, harmony, and gratitude, as a sign of respect for unity and motivation to continue voluntary service in the future.

๐——๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ, ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿต ๐—๐˜‚๐—น๐˜† ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฑ โ€” The Uniรฃo Nacional dos Escuteiros de Timor-Leste (UNE-TL) Dili Municipal Council together with the National Commissioner Adults held a courtesy meeting with the parents of scout members at Escola 12 de Outubro, Tasi-Tolu.

This meeting was important to strengthen communication and cooperation between UNE-TL and parents in the development process of discipline and leadership for the scouts.

After the meeting, training will continue for the parents with content related to basic knowledge to support the educational process of scouts and effective collaboration with teachers.

DษชสŸษช, 14 JแดœสŸส 2025 โ€” The President of UNE-TL Dili Municipality and the Head of the Organizing Committee for the Dili Municipality Jamboree 2025 have conducted a key preparatory meeting with representatives from various Scout groups in the municipality. The meeting was held at the UNE-TL Municipal Secretariat in Becora, as part of the official preparation calendar for the Jamboree scheduled to take place from 27 July to 2 August 2025.

The main objective of the meeting was to coordinate the preparation plan, identify contributions, address concerns and responsibilities of each Scout group, and provide updates related to accommodation and local-level participation in the event.

Operational priorities discussed included:
โ€ข Accommodation and transportation arrangements
โ€ข Safety standards and emergency response protocol
โ€ข Distribution of tents, logistics resources, and equipment
โ€ข Coordination of the program: daily schedule, donor plan, participant and group evaluation

During the meeting, the President of UNE-TL Dili Municipality reiterated the need for the Organizing Committee to continue working beyond expectations, especially given the limited time remaining. Scout groups were also encouraged to remain proactive and contribute effectively to the process, including responsibilities such as disseminating information to parents/guardians and preparing participant uniforms.
